Austin Real Estate Search
Search results can be displayed in 4 different layouts, including a Spreadsheet style that allows you to add, remove, and reorder the fields that display in the grid -- this is huge timesaver, allowing you to quickly browse through hundreds of results with just the data you are interested in.
You can search all available properties for sale throughout Austin and the surrounding communities. You do not need to register to search for properties, but registering will allow you to save searches and favorite properties and setup "points of interest" for display on search result maps, alongside schools and other data. You can also search by map and view orthogonal imagery from around the entire Central Texas area.
Under the "Listings" menu choice you will find various ways to search the property database. List, Spreadsheet, Thumbnail, and Map will search the entire central Texas area unless you add additional search criteria. Or, you can pick one of the cities and go to the city page (from there you can also search within that city). Use the "Neighborhoods" menu option if you want to explore areas and neighborhoods within Austin. Not surprisingly, you can find information about condos under the "Condos" menu.
Austin Condos for Sale
Austin has a vibrant downtown condo market that has been developed over the last twenty years. Additionally, there are a number of condo and townhome developments spread around the city and suburbs. Whether you're looking for a loft or condo in the heart of downtown, something with your very own yard, or a home in one of the surrounding communities overlooking the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Affinity Properties can help you find it.
Austin Homes for Sale
There are a wide variety of homes for sale in Austin. Character homes, built in the late 1800s, are famous in the city. Homes in the historic Hyde Park district are part of an annual tour and at least one has been featured on PBS's This Old House. There are many cute, single-family bungalows that were built in the 1940s when major development in the urban core began. The architecture of the city is like a metaphor for its culture: old meets new. Victorian homes, many converted into businesses, stand side by side with the glass and steel of modern high rises.
Considering a move within or to Austin TX?
You're in the right place! Joe and his team work extensively with buyers and sellers; helping them through the buying or selling process, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth process and resolution. Real estate can be, at times, complex and even stressful, so it is important to work with an agent that understands your goals and how to achieve them together.
Deciding to sell or buy a home is a big decision. To make sure you make the right decision, choose a professional best qualified to handle your real estate needs: an Affinity Properties REALTOR. When you are buying or selling your home, don't trust your transaction to just anyone. Do your homework and check out every agent that you are considering. Our realtors have taken hundreds of hours of continuing education classes and completed hundreds of transactions on behalf of our clients. Keeping you safe, ensuring that all details of the transaction are handled, and getting you moved fast and profitably is our job. You can evaluate Realtors via the Texas Real Estate Commission website. Just go to the TREC website and type in the name and you can view the agent's education history.
Be sure to check out the relocation resources at the Chamber of Commerce. The Austin American Statesman and Austin Chronicle are the two main newspapers for the area and can provide you with local job listing and event calendars. If you're looking for a hotel for your trip, check out the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
