About Joe Cline

I am dedicated to providing my clients with best in class service, and saving them time, money and headaches. I am available to help buyers and sellers, new or experienced and am available to meet you to discuss your real estate needs and wants seven days a week.

Always inquisitive about the best place to settle down, I have enjoyed living all over the United States. Born in Akron, OH, I grew up in the small midwestern village of Kohler, WI, before moving to Stratford, Connecticut. After completing college at the University of Connecticut, Joe moved to Austin, TX and worked for various high-tech companies as a program manager. In 2003, Joe decided to leave the software industry and pursue his passion for real estate.

Joe holds his BSE in Computer Science and Engineering and uses his program management skills toservice his clients’ transactions. Joe’s analytic thinking and technology prowess help him provide best-in-class advice and convenient service.

Here are my adopted Black Lab mix Bella, adopted Lhaso Brutus and adopted Yorkie Money.

Why work with Joe?

Don’t work with just any agent. Not all agents are created equal. As part of my commitment to excellence I strive to attend several continuing education classes per year. The required classes for most licensees amount to 2 days of education per year. While being in the residential real estate business for many years may show you are a competent salesperson, it does not prove that you keep current on the laws, guidelines, and changing business environment surrounding the trade. Trust your home purchase or sale to someone who sees the importance of representing you in a manner that will ensure a smooth transaction and keep you out of trouble.
