North Austin
The North Austin area is roughly bordered by Round Rock to the north, Cedar Park to the northwest, Pflugerville to the east, and Central Austin to the South. Most neighborhoods in the area have convenient access to major employers, easy access to 183, I-35, and/or Mopac (Loop 1) highways, and are close to most of the major shopping areas of Austin.
Most of North Austin falls into the Austin ISD or into Round Rock ISD, both of which are excellent school districts. North Austin encompasses many neighborhoods of varying price range, from starter neighborhoods through million-dollar-plus estates.
