West Austin

West Austin encompasses upscale and luxury neighborhoods, often with scenic views, while still providing convenient access to major Austin employers and shopping. Most of West Austin falls into the excellent Austin or Eanes independent school districts.

The West Austin area extends from close-in west Austin, throughout the greenbelt areas of Austin (north & south sides of the river), and out into the hill country towards the Lake Travis areas.
