We are a group of real estate, mortgage, inspection, title insurance, and other property related professionals who are enthusiastic, professional, driven, and passionate about providing best in class service to all our clients. We started this blog to give back to the public and our clients and to help educate people about the Austin Central Texas Real Estate market.

Sarah Rooney - Title Expert
As a very outdoorsy and outgoing person who loves adventure of all kinds, I am sometimes asked the question, “How did you end up in the title business.” It sounds quite boring doesn’t it? It’s a long story, of course, but suffice it to say that I’ve been involved in the real estate market in Austin for the last 10 years as a Realtor, a trainer, and now quite happily as a business development rep for Independence Title. I love my job and my company and am definitely never bored!
I’m quite proud to work for Independence. We are Austin born, and locally grown and run. I believe that excellence is expected of us, not only from our clients but from ourselves as an organization. I can trust our leaders to act with integrity, intelligence, and commitment. I’m proud that we do things that count in this community above and beyond selling title insurance.
I’m a mom to two awesome boys and 3 adopted dogs, and am married to an Irishman with a great accent and sense of adventure. In the past few years I’ve semi-retired from adventure racing, played on tennis and women’s soccer teams, kayaked in Glacier Bay, Alaska, zip lined and traveled in Costa Rica, scuba dived in Little Corn, Nicaragua, and visited the in-laws near Belfast, Ireland… all in addition to countless hours on youth soccer fields. The green space in Austin keeps me and my family happily outside when our feet must be grounded!
