We started this blog to give back to the public and our clients and to help educate people about the Austin Central Texas Real Estate market.

Joe Cline – Broker, Realtor, CRS, ABR

Joe was a Realtor with Coldwell Banker from 2003 to 2008. Then he joined Remax, where he still works today. He earned his ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation in 2004 by successfully completing the required number of transactions where he represented buyers. The ABR designation also entailed several classes whose topic was buyer agency. In 2005, Joe earned the coveted CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation by completing 25 transactions in one year and completing 5 advanced real estate classes. Less than 5% of all agents have earned the CRS designation.

Most recently Joe has begun work on his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Memeber) designation. Joe joined REMAX in Austin Texas in 2008.

Joe works will buyers of residential properties , including single family homes, duplexes, and commercial multifamily property. Joe represents buyers and sellers in the Austin Central Texas market.

Prior to brokering real estate, Joe was a Program Manager for several software companies in the off the shelf and custom software verticals.
